I prefer to be hands-on where it helps. Beyond defining strategy, aligning stakeholders, and representing the customer, that means writing my own queries when I need data, building prototypes to test assumptions, and lately, creating AI agents to automate processes that would otherwise take up too much of the team's time. I approach products with a P&L mindset, focused on what actually moves the needle. And I try to lead teams by giving them clarity and the right tools, not more meetings.
